The Rowhedge Regatta is an annual event held in the picturesque north essex riverside village of Rowhedge. Our next regatta takes place on July 7th 2012.
A family event, the day features many quayisde activities including a bouncy castle, stalls, BBQ, fancy dress competition and crabbing competition.
On the water, there are canoe and kayak races, a duck race and the spectacular sight of the smack boats finishing in front of the crowds gathered on the quayside.
In the evening there is a live band on the quayside, with fireworks concluding the day.
